"I love everything about fitness...the way it makes you feel: the energy, the endorphins, and the confidence it gives you all day long."
Herstory
MY PAST:
I started lifting weights for the first time while homeschooling in 7th grade with my mom. She signed us both up for the Women's Fitness club in San Antonio, TX, and we did circuit training with weight machines for 'Phys Ed'.
After moving to WA before starting high school, I found I really admired my dad's triathlon training disciplines and started running. However, it wasn't until half way through college in my junior year (2005-2006) that I realized I was NOT happy with the extra 15-20 pounds I had gained since high school, and I aspired to know more about fitness as a lifestyle. I trained with friends who were personal trainers and started cleaning up my diet. I loved that I could train my body to not only look better, but BE better! I was hooked. After graduation, I knew this was what I wanted to do so I got certified as a personal trainer, and continued learning and pushing myself while teaching others. I've been driven to learn more and inspire others to that same passion ever since!
MY PRESENT:
By combining habits of resistance training, cardio, stretching and eating 'clean', I have dropped my body fat about 10% since Junior year of college and I'm in the best shape of my life, and competed the NPC Washington Ironman (Oct 3, 2009), and finished 3rd in my height class. Not bad for a first time competitor! Look for upcoming competitions Spring 2010, and follow me on twitter and facebook to experience my life of fitness and modeling and day to day ups and downs with me! (See contact page)

If I can do it, You can do it
I'm passionate about eating right to achieve and maintain my fitness goals, to provide my body with the nutrients it needs for energy, a healthy immune system, and a life of good health. What you put in your body (what, how much, how often) will make or break your fitness goals. It's really the key.
I spend my free time marketing myself for iFit, as well as my agencies for acting and fitness/commercial modeling, and on my thousands of hobbies:
::Anything outside, running, soccer, swimming, camping, horseback riding, boating, singing, acting, dancing, modeling, traveling, rock climbing, crossfit, photography, hiking, learning anything new (most recently surfing!), and the list goes on!::
And finally, but most importantly:
I thank God for the talent and opportunity as well as drive and motivation He has blessed me with and most importantly you and "I can do anything through Him who gives me strength." -Phil. 4:13
Solo Deo Gloria!
