There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client's excitement when their posture improves drastically, they can successfully do push-ups for the first time in their life, they lose inches off their body, and/or they gain visible muscle in a matter of a couple weeks!
That said, I work with each individual client to assess their personal goals and fitness needs. Based on interview and physical assessment tests, I then design a personalized workout program with variety, and help "clean up" their eating habits in small steps by education rather than force, which greatly increases the likelihood that the lifestyle change will be permanent.
Every goal, no matter how big, can be broken down into bite size pieces...I will help you realize your potential in fitness and I will lead you there. All you have to do is listen and apply."
