As a certified personal trainer I know that what you fuel your body with is the most important aspect of any healthful fitness goal, from losing unwanted weight to gaining healthy weight.

I am personally passionate about the effect foods have on your body so I am always striving to learn more.  I read medical/health journals and articles on recent studies consistently for fun. :)

I also have qualified and trusted sources to refer you to, should you desire to hire a RD.

You learn what I learn.
I will continue to educate you on healthy eating habits, eating "clean", and other dietary information based on up to date studies that will:

-help your body function efficiently-give you more ENERGY-increase MUSCLE tissue-burn FAT

Beginner Clean-Eating Tips:

Eat five-six portion-controlled meals a day
Drink lots of water (96oz a day minimum to change body composition)
Steer clear of sugar and high-fat foods
Eat the food that God gave us, not the "food" that humans created in laboratories
